Starting the process is as simple as filling out a quick form.  We’ll set up a meeting for you with our founder, Adrienne Brink, so you can learn more about Uncommon Camellia. She’ll learn a bit about you, share how the company works, and walk through what we look for in a new franchisee.

We want you to have a thorough understanding of the franchise opportunity. We welcome your questions and will answer them thoroughly.

In addition, we will invite you to attend our Assistant Coordinator training program, where you can get a thorough understanding of the wedding industry and the services we provide with Uncommon Camellia. This is a 4-hour virtual training that will prepare you for Discovery Day. 

If it still feels like a strong fit, we’ll invite you to Discovery Days in New Orleans. This is where things get fun and personal. You’ll spend time with Adrienne and key members of the original team, see how everything actually works, feel the culture, finish the Assistant Coordinator training, and assist a real wedding in New Orleans. This will give you a true sense of what your future business could look like.

You’ll leave inspired, informed, and probably with some new favorite foods (did we talk about beignets yet?).

If, after Discovery Days, we both feel it’s a wonderful fit, you’ll be invited to move forward. You'll submit the application at this time.

We’ll review your full franchise application — including your personal financial statement — to make sure you’re set up for success as an Uncommon Camellia owner.

If accepted,  you’ll be assigned your territory, complete the franchise agreement, and pay your initial franchise fee.

Then the real fun begins! Because we’re growing intentionally in these first years, you’ll receive incredibly hands-on support directly from Adrienne and her experienced core team throughout onboarding, training, team building, your marketing launch, and your very first wedding.
